Isac is a seasoned Software Developer, with more than 12 years of experience working in high-performance teams, participating in the design, development, and operation of complex software solutions running on on-premises and cloud infrastructures. With deep knowledge of Software Development, Distributed Systems Architecture, and Infrastructure. In the last 4 years, he has focused on implementing best practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in public and private clouds, improving the quality, scalability, and availability of products.
In late 2017, Isac was awarded the title of Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff (DMTS) and joined the Technology Council (DTC). As part of the Technology Council, he works across projects doing technology reviews; promoting and fostering the use of best practices for software development and architecture; spreading the collective knowledge acquired throughout projects; writing articles; and helping with the pre-sales process.

Axel Monroy is a co-leader of Encora’s DevOps Technology Practice. A frequent speaker, Docker workshop facilitator, and presenter at open-source NodeSchools, Axel has deep experience migrating products and applications to the Cloud.

In his DevOps leadership role, Axel works with Encora’s wide-ranging teams to migrate applications to microservice-based architectures, and builds terraform modules to manage AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, etc.).

He holds a Computer Systems Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo.

Ranga is an AWS, Azure, TOGAF, and SAFe Certified expert, Senior Engineering Leader, and Enterprise Solution Architect with 25 years of experience in building and enhancing enterprise systems, frameworks, cloud-native platforms and solutions, product development, and re-engineering across multiple technologies and platforms.

He has a proven track record of conceptualizing, architecting, and delivering reliable and scalable systems and products using EAI, cloud-native, serverless, microservices, elastic, and container technologies.

Ranga has worked extensively with the FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, and Logistics sectors and is the Architectural Lead for major application modernizations.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, and the Executive Program in Management from IIM Calcutta.

Vivek Rastogi is a Product Development and Delivery Experience Leader with experience across a range of IT product and services organizations. He has over 20 years of experience leading large engagements and teams to deliver industry-leading innovations.

Vivek has been instrumental in driving a number of strategic initiatives and partnerships across business units, clients, and geographies. He specializes in the use of Data Science to enable and drive revenue growth for clients.

Vivek graduated from IIT, Bombay and holds an Executive Master's in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi.

Sonali Kochar is the VP of Delivery/Operations, DXP. Based out of Ahmedabad, India, Sonali has more than 13+ years of experience in architecting and design/development of enterprise-wide applications. She has more than 7 years of leadership experience in building large-scale engineering teams focused on innovation, execution, growth, and development. Before joining Encora, Sonali worked for Sun Microsystems and NASA. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University, California.

Judith Garcia is one of Encora’s QA Engineering Leaders. She has over 10 years of experience in software development quality, with extensive expertise in the Travel, Transportation & Logistics industry.

As a QA Engineering Leader, Judith ensures consistent quality of deliverables from the requirements phase through deployment, creating test strategies, their execution, and automation. She has led efforts to create internal tools to increase productivity and the adoption of new processes.

Judith holds a bachelor's degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo. She is also ISTQB and iSTQI certified.

Josue Murillo is a Senior DevOps Engineer, and one of the co-leaders of Encora’s Cloud Services Technology Practice. Josue has extensive experience leading teams, from multi-disciplinary Agile teams to DevOps-only teams.

Josue’s expertise is in the AWS Cloud platform, with over 5 years of experience creating Cloud solutions across a wide variety of client contexts. He has experience designing and implementing Cloud-ready solutions, migrating applications to the Cloud, optimizing Cloud architectures, improving disaster recovery and data backup strategies, and implementing CI/CD solutions for the Cloud, using a combination of Cloud-only and hybrid solutions.

Manuel Cubillo is a multi-disciplinary business development leader with over 15 years of experience in Software Development. Manuel is responsible for the management and development of teams across LatAm and the U.S.
Manuel has deep experience working in both Agile and traditional approaches. He leads delivery operations in multiple service areas, including DevOps, Cloud Services, Data Science & Engineering, Quality Assurance & Test Automation, and UI/UX.
Manuel is experienced in the development of new business areas, continuous improvement, and inspiring and coaching leaders within a 1,000+ person organization. He has strong leadership and technical skills, as well as managing multi-location/multi-disciplinary teams. Manuel holds Computer Science degrees from Tecnologico de Costa Rica (BSc) and Universidad de Costa Rica (MSc).
