Encora Brazil hereby publishes the results of the Transparency Report mandated by the Pay Equality Law (No. 14.611/2023). The company's understanding is that this report, in its current format, does not consider basic and relevant premises and conditions for the effective assessment and identification of discrepancies, as established by the current legislation itself.

In this regard, we believe that the numbers presented do not take into account remuneration differences resulting from specific characteristics of a particular occupation, differences in seniority among employees, differences resulting from performance goals, or specific characteristics of a particular role.

As a result of this fact, we are developing new reports, which will also be disclosed through this channel, and which take into account the factors mentioned above so that we can make a more accurate comparison of salaries between women and men in the company.
