EFY measures the perception employees (between the ages of 18 and 35) have of their organization with the aim of recognizing the Best Companies for Young Professionals. Employees born after 1987 were asked questions focused on key areas of consideration for young professionals. The study considers the following dimensions: recognition, career development, benefits, talent, infrastructure, work environment, reputation, innovation, and diversity and culture. EFY is powered by FirstJob, a company founded in 2012 with the mission to improve youth employability across the globe.

Encora is committed to providing a solid, global organizational culture and is dedicated to supporting all employees, regardless of age. The company has grown from 2,400 employees to more than 7,600 worldwide in the past three years, due in part to its practices to ensure a welcoming and exciting work environment, offering younger employees the opportunity to grow and develop their careers.

Encora has focused on implementing specific strategies, such as offering focused learning & development opportunities that enable younger employees to build the skills they will need further along in their careers. Additionally, the company has invested in new tools and platforms to keep team members engaged and connected to the brand and their colleagues, all while improving processes and daily workflow. Encora also offers employees competitive perks and benefits, including flexible and remote work options. The result is a culture where people feel safe, respected, empowered, and motivated to bring their best selves.
