In the 2023 Comparably Awards, anonymous employee surveys conducted between February 2022 and February 2023 were used to rank 50 companies for the Best Global Culture category and 100 companies in the Best Company Outlook category. Best Global Culture ratings were based on nearly 20 different workplace culture categories, including leadership, work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and benefits.
Encora has achieved significant improvements in the 2023 Comparably Awards program, going from being ranked 44th to 16th in the Best Global Culture category and going from 32nd to 21st in the Best Company Outlook category. The sentiment ratings were based on anonymous feedback from current employees, who rated their confidence in the company's future success, excitement about going to work, and likelihood of recommending the company to a friend.
