• Product Management: Collaborated with end-users (physicians, site coordinators, study sponsors, and more) to identify gaps, requirements, and pain points. Defined product roadmap, features, epics, and user stories. Supported field deployment, measured performance, and optimized the system, workflows, and patient engagement while ensuring compliance and audit requirements were met. 
• Product Development: Developed USA's first Blockchain-enabled Clinical Trial Management & Financial System (CTMFS). Defined the hybrid EDC model for low-budget sites, identified key areas of improvement, and automated processes. Developed a proprietary app distribution center, audit trail model, events, states, and transitions with high granularity, and a competent user-management portal. 
• CX Transformation: Designed and defined user interfaces, monitored active usage, identified patterns, and improved UX based on User Behavior Analytics (UBA). Ensured brand and pattern consistency across platforms (Web, iOS, MDM themes, and more).
