Encora Appoints Lalit Wadhwa as EVP & Chief Technology Officer

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Apr. 19, 2021Encora, a leader in outsourced software engineering services, today announced Lalit Wadhwa has been appointed executive vice president and chief technology officer, effective immediately. Wadhwa’s appointment underscores the company’s broader investments in technology capabilities and next-gen client service offerings. In this role, Wadhwa will be responsible for overseeing the development of proprietary technology products and strengthening the use of advanced technical tools and methods in Encora’s client services.

An accomplished engineer with extensive experience working with high-growth companies, Wadhwa is also a thought leader and frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Advanced Analytics at Wesco Distribution, where he was responsible for building the company’s data, advanced analytics & digital capabilities across service lines.
