Erick Vargas is a Product Engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He co-leads Encora’s Product Engineering Technology Practice and has broad experience aligning technology solutions to business strategy. He works with Encora’s teams to engage new customers and support ongoing client engagements. His industry experience and expertise include Fast-Growing Tech, Retail, HealthTech, Media, and Education. He also leads efforts to design future state capabilities to enhance Encora’s internal organizational processes. Erick holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
