Chinmay Mhaskar has over 20 years of experience spanning a wide range of technical and managerial positions within multi-site, multi-cultural teams. He leads several large product development and delivery teams across industry domains using diverse technology skills.

Chinmay is a co-leader of Encora’s Product Engineering Technology Practice, responsible for product engineering process improvements, delivery predictability and overall customer satisfaction. He has built, setup and managed multiple offshore product development teams on cutting edge technologies and helped several key customers to modernize their product.

Chinmay holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.

Saravana Kumar Rajiah has over 20 years of experience in building enterprise-class applications and products. At Encora, Saravana manages globally-distributed engineering teams to develop NextGen products across the FinTech industry.

Saravana’s deep expertise includes greenfield product development, from ideation through the full software development lifecycle to customer onboarding. He also has extensive experience with product re-engineering and large-scale cloud migration.

Saravana holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree with Distinction from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Analytics from the IIIT, Bangalore.

Manuel Cubillo is a multi-disciplinary Business Development Leader with over 15 years of experience in software development. As a co-leader of Encora’s CSA division, Manuel is responsible for the management & development of teams across LatAm and the U.S.

Manuel has extensive experience working in both agile and traditional approaches, leading delivery operations in multiple service areas, including DevOps, Cloud Services, Data Science & Engineering, Quality Assurance & Test Automation, and UI/UX. 

Manuel holds Computer Science degrees from Tecnologico de Costa Rica (BSc) and Universidad de Costa Rica (MSc).

Gustavo Romero is a Lead Cloud/DevOps Engineer with a focus on Cloud and security compliance over the last 10 years. 

Gustavo’s broad client experiences include migration of on-premises applications to the Cloud, implementation of CI/CD processes within Cloud environments, creation of Infrastructure-as-Code templates for infrastructure deployments, the establishment of SOC 2 Typ2 e-security protocols for SaaS applications, and broad deployment of automation strategies to drive scalable impacts for clients.

Gustavo has a BSc in Systems Engineering from Universidad Catolica Boliviana, as well a MSc in IT Security from Escuela Militar de Ingenieria.

Ranga is an AWS, Azure, TOGAF, and SAFe Certified expert, Senior Engineering Leader, and Enterprise Solutions Architect with 25 years of experience in building and enhancing enterprise systems, frameworks, cloud-native platforms and solutions, product development, and re-engineering, across multiple technologies and platforms.

He has experience conceptualizing, architecting, and delivering reliable and scalable systems and products using EAI, cloud-native, serverless, microservices, and elastic and container technologies.

Ranga has worked extensively in the FinTech, HealthTech, retail, and logistics sectors and is the architectural lead for major application modernization.

Ranga holds a Bachelor's Degree from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore and Executive Program in Management from IIM Calcutta.
