Costa Rica Erick Vargas is an experienced, hands-on, and results-oriented Product Engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Erick co-leads Encora’s Product Engineering Technology Practice, and has broad experience in aligning technology solutions to business strategy.
Erick works closely with Encora’s teams to engage new customers and support ongoing client engagements, leveraging his deep technical expertise and experience in the Fast Growing Tech, Retail, HealthTech, Media and Education industries. He also leads efforts to design future state capabilities that enhance Encora’s internal organizational processes.
Erick holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, both from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
